“Full Form Materialization” is the original name for these temporary embodiments of whole spirit-forms, so-called phantoms or ‘full materializations’, which appear, linger briefly and disappear again, occurring only in highly specialized sessions. Spirit apparitions are reported since the beginning of mankind and arise in different degrees of physicality, but also possibly purely visionary. They arise unprepared and spontaneously or as experimental spirit apparitions in Spiritist séances of the West.
